Someone has complained about us to the governing body for ISPAs. The supervisor is contacted by head office. We have to send all the paper work down to senior management.

Apparently this person is a well known complainer. But we still have to follow procedure and make out the case for the defence.

We'll be in big trouble here if we can't get this one sorted out. Luckily we find all the paperwork showing how we've helped this customer - we've apparently helped them reinstal everything on their computer.

Back to newsgroups for 15 minutes before the end of my shift. I have time to read a bit more of that thread about sparkly things before going home.

Another night in the pub. I wish they had an internet connection there, that sparkly thread was getting interesting.
