A much better day today. We're leaving the newsgroups for a couple of days. Apparently we need to raise the money for a new mail server.

So we've got to all get answering the phones.

Someone has disabled one of the IP ranges to create lots of problems.

Its hard work on the phones. People just keep ringing. Apparently they're having problems with password authenication.

I run a few tests, and find out that I can't get logged on either. I add another mark to the tally on that problem. When it gets to 50 we'll call the engineer out.
