Heard a fantastic day today!

We went into the newsgroups under a different support name. Apparently we do this every month or so to convince the punters we have more staff! Works a treat. We have to be careful not to use any of our catch phrases.

And I heard a super story. One of my colleagues works at the local college, and was helping run a course for beginners. This woman apparently got up after about 10 minutes and left the room... so he went out after her and asked her what the matter was.
She said that "she'd heard about these dancers, and she wasn't stripping for anyone".
"Dancers?" he asked her,
"Yes she said, Laptop dancers, I'm not doing that."

He then went on to explain what he meant by laptops.
