Had to brush up on my windoze knowledge today. Apparenly
there are loads of problems which can be blamed on software rather than
an ISP.
Quite interesting some of them, and people will
never know that by rebooting, the chances are they'll get an IP address
which will work next time they reconnect.
I'm also working on my cut and paste files, so that I can cut and paste
to my hearts content when its busy. And no one will ever suspect a thing.
For example : I apologise for the delays in bringing a full resolution
to this problem; we are continuing with investigations into ;This problem
appears to have been due to problems with the ;
I'm getting quite good at writing meaningless nonsense.
Also time for another pogram on swearing. We've recieved a complaint about
someone using a swear word.
They'll be wanting us to wipe their noses for them soon.
And that person who complained about not being able to disconnect has
posted again. In my windoze update today, I read about a problem very
similar. Reinstal dial-up networking. Thats the long way, try a new DUN
first, is the quick way. Ah well, guess which one I will recommend!
