Got no cards. No body loves me. Ah well. I will work on my newsgroup technique.

Had someone thank me yesterday. So it looks like its working.

I've thought of another tag line!
"Please accept my apologies for the inconvenience caused, if I can help you further please do not hesitate to contact me again."

Ha! They're not getting my email address though, so its either ring up and cost them a fortune, or post into the newsgroup.

The superviser has asked if we can post mid thread too. Apparently someone has rung up and complained about the fact we never do this. Aw well. Its not too much hassle. Supervisor will be happy if we do that a couple of times a week - just to make it look like we read them all.
