I'm going to try and be more helpful in the newsgroups. We've just had a letter off someone (by snail mail) complimenting one of the other support staff who covered one day last week.

Someone wants to know why they can't email the newsmaster directly for putting newsgroup requests in! Honestly!
Do they think anyone is paid to add groups? We have to do it ourselves here!
