The engineers were here straight away yesterday! They're still here today though.
They've gone through the entire biscuit box, and are complaining about the semi-skimmed milk.
I've hidden my bottle of Iron-bru in my desk.

Someone is complaining that they can't disconnect from our service. Don't know what that could be - searched in the manual, couldn't find that in there anywhere.

Ah well, I'll leave a note for someone as I've got a dentist appointment today.
