I've got about 300 posts to answer today. Got to get it done before 6 PM as well, in time for tonights rush.
There seem to be loads of complaints yesterday from people saying the number was engaged. Thats nonsense! We're not quite at capacity yet! I suppose I'll have to look in the big book for the answer here.

I finish the backlog, using some frantic cut and paste (I have three version of the No Swearing Message, each with slightly different spelling mistakes -- just to convince the punters that they're not cut and paste!
