Another evening shift.
The customers seem really annoyed again.

They're asking why nothing has been put in announce.
Someone rings up a manager and gets permission to put something in the announce group.

I get to write it. My first time posting in announce.

" There have been intermittant problems with email, although engineers have been working on the problem, some customers may still be experiencing difficulties. We are working on a permanent fix for this problem. We apologise for any inconvenience".
