30 days have September, October and November. But not January

The dial-up got fixed just after I left work last night. Apparently as a good will gesture we're going to let them have an extra couple of hours next week. We're not telling them yet though.
I've been answering the phones again this evening. Has a very strange call from this bloke. He said that our mail server had broken his computer.
He said that he'd been checking his mail when suddenly the screen went black.
I asked him all the relevant questions - what program he was using, what number he'd been dialing, etc etc...When it struck me to ask him to check whether the lead had come out of the monitor. He said he'd have to go and get a torch because the power had gone off in his house.
