Its amazing what throwing a charter at people can do. The rabble seem to have quietened down.
Oh no, my mistake. The dial-up is broken and no one can get on to actually use the service.
The phones were busy today.
Isn't it good of people to ring up at 50p a minute to tell us something we already know.
The supervisor is negotiationing the donut payout with the engineers if they come and fix the dial-up problem out of normal working hours.
