Lost count of how many days I've been at work.

Think I'll wind them up today. Not told very many people off recently (apart from the Mornington Crescent mob last night).
Go steaming into the group. Off-topic, no swearing, get into a chat newsgroup, no don't talk about other ISPs here, its your telephone provider, local exchange capacity etc etc.
Its quite fun laying the law down. Once you've wittled away the off-topic postings there are very few real complaints. Oh apart from the newservers not being up to speed, and some people haven't had any email for a while.
We've been told about service improvements by the supervisor. Apparently thats what the training course was about. All the information has been pinned up by the coffee machine, so we'll all read it sooner or later.
Quite a nice shift today.
I bet I've really annoyed some of them today!
