We know from messages we've received and various newsgroups that people in the Uk aren't that confident about complaining!

Grin and Tonic now offer help and advice for free to people wishing to complain about services and goods!

If you'd like some help then feel free to drop us an email detailing your problem and we'll see what we can do for you.

We can help you write a letter or point you in the right direction as to who you should be complaining to!

This service is provided totally free to you! We aim to reply within 12 hours of receiving your email!
